DMCA Relay - Submit DMCA Notice

Step 1 of 5

You can use this form to submit a DMCA Notice for a site or platform that DMCA Relay serves as designated agent.

Before filling out this form, please review the site or platform's listed DMCA policy, which is available on each site/platform.

In order to prevent unnecessary processing delays, please note the following before submitting your notice:

  • Don't send duplicate notices.

  • If you believe multiple files are infringing the same copyrighted content, include links to those files in a single notice, instead of sending multiple notices.

  • Only one point of contact from your organization should submit the notice.

  • A DMCA notice is a legal statement made under penalty of perjury. Please make sure you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized before proceeding.

If you have attachments or would prefer to submit your notice via email or snail mail, please follow the instructions in the site/platform's posted DMCA Policy for manually submitting your complaint.

1. Identify the Site

DMCA Relay is a compliance service used by multiple independent creators, communities, and hosting providers. DMCA Relay does not host any content.

So that we can route your Notice to the proper site operator, we need to identify the site in question.

Please enter either the full domain name of the site or platform hosting the content, or enter the slug for the site operator.

The site/platform's domain would be the main domain name that is hosting the content. For example, if the content is available at dummy.example.com/foo/bar/content, the domain would be example.com.

You can find the slug by reviewing the site/platform's posted DMCA Policy. In the DMCA Agent contact information, you will find an email address such as submit-a1b2c3@dmcarelay.com. In this example, a1b2c3 would be the site slug.

If you arrived at this form following a link posted in the site's DMCA Policy, this should already be filled for you below.

Please see the description above for instructions on identifying the site/platform's domain or slug.
